Alliance of Chicago Community Health Services

Erie Family Health Center is a member of the Alliance of Chicago Community Health Services, which is comprised of four Chicago-based community health centers who serve primarily low-income, uninsured patients with multiple, complex needs.

The Alliance enables the Centers to share resources and integrate services to more efficiently and effectively deliver accessible, quality health care. The Alliance also allows the Centers to achieve efficiencies of scale, address common programmatic concerns, and access higher levels of technology and expertise than would be available to the individual clinics.
