Q: Where do I send my information?

A: Email . You will receive a confirmation response within 24 hours of your request.


Q: What if I am not sure the best way to send out my all staff message?

A: Email with your specific question. The Team will be happy to work directly with you to ensure your message is sent out in a timely manner.


Q: What if I want my email to go out immediately?

A: Please know there are many emails being sent out on a daily basis. Team Erie will assess the situation on a case by case basis to see what type of message is best for you.


Q: How do I know what to send?

A: Send your text information in the body of the email message. Be sure to spell check prior to sending since your message will be posted exactly how you write it out in the email. If you have a flyer or detailed information to include, please send the entire document as a PDF file only. For other types of documents, please see below.


Q: How do I include pictures or charts?

A: Send up to two additional files as JPEG with your original email request. Please send the original artwork to ensure high quality pictures.


Q: What do I put in the subject line?

A: Specify Team Erie or Special Bulletin. Please note once your information is received Team Erie will review it and confirm the type of email and date your message will be sent out to staff.
