2010 Golden Toothbrush Awards Luncheon
The event raised nearly $140,000 to benefit Erie’s Oral Health Program!

Erie Family Health Center proudly hosted the 2010 Golden Toothbrush Award Luncheon on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at the InterContinental Chicago. The Luncheon recognized leaders in community oral health care and raised awareness about one of the greatest unmet needs in Chicago’s low-income communities. Nearly 300 people attended the event and helped raise almost $140,000 to directly support Erie’s Oral Health Program. The luncheon helped shed light on the challenges Erie’s patients face in accessing dental care and recognized oral health as an integral part of a person’s overall health. Speaker June Thomas from Slate Magazine spoke to the audience on her oral health experience. You can watch her speech here.
