Save the Date for Erie Family Health Center’s 2011 Golden Toothbrush Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 from 12PM to 2PM at The Four Seasons Chicago, located at 120 East Delaware Place. The Luncheon recognizes leaders in community oral health care and raises awareness about one of the greatest unmet needs in Chicago’s low-income communities.
