YOU Helped Make Chicago Healthier!
Chicago is known for world-class sports teams (Bears, Blackhawks, Cubs, Sox), high end cuisine (from steaks at Gibson’s to burgers at Billy Goat Tavern) and architecture beyond belief (think Trump Tower to Tribune Tower). But did you know Illinois is also home to over 1.67 million people who do not have health care? Our city needs places like Erie Family Health Center.
