Sisco graduated from the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Washington University School of Medicine, Barnes-Jewish Hospital. She also completed a fellowship in Family Planning at University of Chicago Medical Center. She is board certified in American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and started seeing patients at Erie in 2011.
