Since 1989, Erie’s Lending Hands for Life (LHL) program has been working to help those living with HIV/AIDS - or those who are at risk – live healthy lives and reduce the number of transmissions in Chicago.
We offer a wide range of services — from medical care to emotional support — for individuals who are living with HIV. A team of community health workers, case managers, and providers are here to make sure you receive the highest quality care for living your healthiest life.
