Natalie Raghu DNP, FNP-C, BC-ADM, APRN- FPA is the Medical Director of Advanced Practice Providers and part of our Senior Provider Leadership team at Erie Family Health Centers. She is oversees clinical practice delivered by APPs at Erie Family Health Centers: Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).Moreover, she strives to improve quality care, work culture enhancement through effective internal communication and consensus building among APPs and other health center staff. Dr. Raghu’s passion is to create policies and programs to address APP quality, satisfaction, and retention. Dr. Raghu also assists leading practice transformation and organizational goals to achieve healthy equity.

Raghu graduated from Rush University College of Nursing. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She began seeing patients at Erie in 2020.
