You can make Saturday appointments between 10 AM - 2 PM
at Erie Foster Avenue for:
- Regular check-ups with your provider
(based on availability) - Sick appointments with an Erie provider
- Saturday Lab services

Erie Evanston/Skokie Health Center provides a wide variety of services for adults and children, including primary care, reproductive health care, prenatal care, pediatric care and behavioral health care. You can come to Erie for everything from free pregnancy tests and school physicals to cholesterol checks, diabetes management and more.
We also provide oral health services to children, and also to adults who are medical patients — from cleanings and fluoride treatments to cavities and complex care.
Erie Evanston/Skokie patients speak more than 63 different languages, and Erie provides care for people with or without insurance, and people with or without legal immigration status—because we believe that quality healthcare is a human right.

If you are an Erie patient, and you feel sick, call 847.666.3494. An on-call nurse or doctor is always available: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. (This call may be covered by insurance, or if not covered, a sliding scale fee may apply.)
