Levine graduated from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed his residency at Northwestern McGaw Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at McGaw Medical Center Northwestern University. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He started seeing Erie patients in 2022.
