Lilah Handler, LCSW, is a Behavioral Health Consultant. She has over 4 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults in community mental health and integrative medical settings. In addition, she has over 13 years’ experience working in public health with a focus on maternal & child health as well as culinary and nutrition education.

Lilah has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and depression, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and trauma-informed practices.
