Motley graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Anthony Hospital North. She also completed a fellowship in integrative medicine at University of Wisconsin. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She began seeing Erie patients in 2018.
