Shirley attended medical school at the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago. She is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is an OB/GYN Physician. She completed her residency at the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago and began serving patients at Erie in 2018.
