Our FY 2025-2027 Strategic Plan
Caring for our patients’ health and the health and vitality of our community is central to our mission.
Over the next three years, Erie is embarking on a three-year plan to expand our reach, sustain excellence, and nurture a diverse, highly engaged workforce.
To meet the growing needs of our community and ensure lasting impact, Erie will implement a proactive approach to serve more patients and grow sustainably to expand our impact across the communities we serve. This approach builds on Erie’s proven model of care, empowering us to serve more people while fostering long-term financial stability and innovation focused on health equity.
Each of the objectives outlined in our FY 25 – 27 Strategic Plan will deepen relationships between staff, patients, and the community at large, strengthening Erie’s role as a trusted ally for health and well-being in our community.
