We provide a wide variety of services for adults and children, including primary care, women’s healthcare, prenatal care, pediatric care and behavioral healthcare. You can come to Erie for everything from free pregnancy tests and school physicals to cholesterol checks and diabetes management. We provide primary care and health education to promote health, prevent disease and foster healthier lifestyles in the North Lawndale community.
