Erie supports patients that are pregnant, postpartum, and infants under the age of 6 months.
Services Include:
- Perinatal depression screenings and behavioral health referrals as needed
- 1 on 1 support and collaboration with providers, clinic, delivering hospitals, and our WIC sites
- Prenatal, postpartum, and parenting education
- Breastfeeding support and education
- Child development screenings and education
- Reproductive life planning and education
- Home visits
- Additional and emergency support as needed and requested
Links and referrals to other community resources such as:
- WIC, Medicaid/Insurance applications, SNAP applications, Hospital registration forms
- Food pantries
- Transportation assistance for medical appointments
- Child support, childcare, prenatal and parenting classes
- Car seat programs and classes
- Housing, counseling, and more
