Erie Clemente Wildcats School-Based Health Center serves students of Roberto Clemente Community Academy.
Erie Clemente School-Based Health Center is dedicated exclusively to teens in Chicagoland. At Erie, we know that being a teenager isn’t always easy so we are here to help you with a wide variety of issues — from school and sports physicals, to low-cost contraception, to pregnancy tests.
Our services are friendly, respectful and confidential, so you’ll never have to worry about seeking out the care or help you need. Erie is available to you any time when you are sick — even when the clinic is closed.
