Erie currently requires everyone age 2 and up to wear a mask in our health centers.

Erie Family Health Foundation

Motivated by the belief that healthcare is a human right, Erie Family Health Foundation is focused on increasing philanthropic contributions to expand the reach and impact of Erie’s work. The Foundation works alongside Erie Family Health Centers’ leadership and governing board to raise funds for priority needs that help Erie fulfill its potential to transform lives and strengthen communities.

Every dollar you donate to Erie Family Health Foundation helps Erie Family Health Centers empower thousands of children, teens and adults to achieve healthier, more productive lives. If you would like additional information, please contact Cathy Junia,  cjunia@eriefamilyhealth.org.

Your support helps people like Iman and Nasim find a healthcare home for their whole family. They left everything and everyone they knew behind in Iran for a new life in the United States. Because of generous donors like you, Erie was there to provide prenatal care when Nasim was pregnant with her first child. And we are still there for them four years later, as the family doctor for their family of five.
