Erie now has four oral health centers that offer state-of-the-art dental care to children, pregnant women, and diabetic adults – in a warm and friendly setting.

Did you know you can schedule medical and dental visits back-to-back so you only need to make one trip? Just ask the operator when you call for an appointment.

  • Emergency Services
    • An emergency appointment is available to patients with pain – on the same day (if we are contacted in the AM) or the next day (if we are contacted in the PM).

  • Knee-to-Knee Pediatric Exams
    • Erie West Town offers walk-in oral health exams for patients up to age 3. 
    • This service is available Thursday mornings, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. starting February 7.

    • Referrals for more complicated cases

    • Deep cleanings
    • Periodontal exam for diagnosis of gum disease

Dental health services are available at these Erie Family Health Center locations.

Adult oral health services are now offered at Erie Evanston/Skokie Health Center. To obtain these services you must be a current Evanston/Skokie medical patient and be referred for oral health care by your medical provider.

At the present time, oral health services are not available for transfers from other Erie health centers or new patients only seeking adult dental services.
