In this day and age that is a reasonable question. There are several ways to tell that the communication from Crossroads Health and our Right Refund™ service are legitimate.

1. We send both a text message and an email.
2. We address you by your name and don’t say something vague like “Dear Patient.”
3. We include the name of the medical practice you visited.
4. We are available for support online and over the phone.
5. Our URL is secure - "https://:”

No! Erie Family Health Centers has agreed to pay all fees related to issuing a refund. For more information about fees associated with the use of a digital or physical debit card, please see the “Cardholder Agreement” issued with the card. Should you decline to accept a refund electronically, Erie Family Health Centers reserves the right to charge a fee for issuing a physical check.

The refunds will be available via the link received to accept for a period of 15 calendar days. After 15 days, the link will expire. We will make a total of 3 attempts to refund you, after which you must contact Erie Family Health Centers at rightrefundsupport@crossroadshealth.com and discuss how to receive your refund.

The refund process is simple and only takes a few minutes to complete. Click the link in your notification then follow the prompts to select your refund method.

The URL you received is part of the security process and contains a unique “token”.

The length of the “token” in the link to your refund is based on OAUTH token standards used across the world. This standard makes it extremely secure to send you a link that is just for you. Other places you will see this on a daily basis are Facebook and Google as they use the same standard.
