Erie Foster Avenue is located in the Foster Medical Pavilion at 5215 N. California Avenue, Floor 7.
You can make a Saturday appointment at Erie Foster Avenue from 10 AM - 2 PM for:
- Regular check-ups with your provider
(based on availability) - Sick appointments with an Erie provider
- Saturday Lab services
Erie Foster Avenue is located at 5215 N. California Avenue Floor 7. Garage parking is available there.
You can also take the #93 bus from Evanston to Erie Foster Avenue (at the corner of Foster and California).

Erie Evanston/Skokie Health Center provides a wide variety of services for adults and children, including primary care, reproductive health care, prenatal care, pediatric care and behavioral health care. You can come to Erie for everything from free pregnancy tests and school physicals to cholesterol checks, diabetes management and more.
We also provide oral health services to children, and also to adults who are medical patients — from cleanings and fluoride treatments to cavities and complex care.
