Erie Humboldt Park Health Center is our third largest health center. It is also the home of Lending Hands for Life, a comprehensive treatment program for HIV/AIDS.
Erie Humboldt Park Health Center provides a wide variety of services for adults and children, including primary care, women’s healthcare, prenatal care, pediatric care and behavioral healthcare. You can come to Erie for everything from free pregnancy tests and school physicals to cholesterol checks and diabetes management.
Erie Humboldt Park provides oral health services to children, pregnant women and diabetic adults — from cleanings and fluoride treatments to cavities and complex care.
