Erie Teen Health Center is a comprehensive health center for 12 -24 year olds.
Erie Teen Center is the only freestanding, comprehensive teen health center in Chicagoland area. Because we know that being a teenager isn’t always easy, our dedicated staff are here to help you with a wide variety of issues—from low-cost contraception and pregnancy tests to school physicals.
Erie Teen Center offers quality, affordable primary care services to all teens and young adults age 12 - 24. We also provide healthcare for the children of Erie Teen Center patients.
Need counseling to help you deal with personal or family issues? We can help you with that too. Our services are friendly, respectful and confidential, so you’ll never have to worry about seeking out the care or help you need.
